Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

As each item is handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch, processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or new collection launches.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Domestic Shipping — Sri Lanka

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Orders are delivered via trusted local courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location.


International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Each Leila piece is thoughtfully packaged to ensure protection during transit. Where possible, we use minimal and responsible packaging materials.

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or customs clearance.
