Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Returns must be approved before being sent. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages & Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in weave or texture are not considered defects but rather part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the simplest way is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Items must remain unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
